Bahia del Sol Unit #9 has parking along the public road just west of the unit. Upon entering the grounds from the back of the home you’ll take a few steps on the green grass before taking in the view of the bay. Entering the Turn-Key Villa you’ll immediately notice the enormous hardwood dining table, open space living area to the right and expansive kitchen to the left. Walking down to the open space living area you’ll be greeted by an outdoor patio with relaxed seating to take in the views over the bay of San Juan del Sur and mountainous area all around you. Walking back into the Turn-Key Villa you’ll take a flight of steps up the staircase to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom. Immediately to your right at the top of the staircase is the full bathroom. The 2nd full bathroom, like the rest of the upstairs bathrooms, is aquatic in design with blue tiling on the walls. There are two bathroom sinks and an expansive mirror that stretches almost across the entire bathroom. There is a walk-in shower is at the end of the bathroom.

Returning to the hallway on the right hand side is the 3rd bedroom with a queen side bed and a built in wooden ‘ropero’ or wardrobe. To the west side of the bedroom is a large sliding window allowing for great airflow. The 2nd bedroom is just down the hall and has 2 twin beds, another wardrobe and expansive sliding glass window. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have split air conditioning systems.

At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with an outdoor sitting area, en-suite bathroom and expansive wardrobe and television. The master bedroom is approximately double the size of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and enjoys the best view of the bay of San Juan del Sur at this Turn-Key Villa at Bahia del Sol!
